The Art Center is dedicated to the purpose of promoting an awareness and appreciation of  local and regional artists. We provide exhibit space as well as spaces for meetings, workshops, and classes. We support an educational venue for community outreach projects that raise awareness of the rich cultural and artistic resources available in the Coastal Bend. The Art Center is home to 13 diverse local art groups and over 600 independent members not affiliated with one of those groups. Our facilities include: Galleries, workshops, , artist studios, restaurant, courtyard and a fully equipped clay studio. The facility brings together four pleasures: viewing art in its seven spacious galleries, shopping in the , and local artist's studio, dining in the restaurant and, of course, the creation of wonderful art. The Art Center is also the perfect location for your special event, celebration, wedding or meeting.

Second Annual Gus Week In the Gift Gallery At the Art Center of Corpus Christi July 15-20   10 a.m. – 4 p.m. Coloring Contest with awards presented at the  August Opening Reception Ellen will be here with the Gus puppet, Gus sculpture, Activity Sheets, prints and more. Bring your friends and families. Visit Ellen and Gus and shop for special Gus goodies. Gus at the Art Center

Art Center Tiles are available again!

The courtyard name tiles, which were destroyed during construction, have been re-created and are now being installed.

Most of them have already been installed.

Now is the perfect time to become a part of this much-loved tradition and contribute financial support to The Art Center. Add your own name, your organization or business; honor a loved one or a special occasion. There are lots of possibilities and remember, proceeds support your Art Center.
