Devary’s Courtyard is of a classical Mediterranean style with a grand staircase that leads to a protected second story veranda encircling the entire site.   This veranda also affords a magnificent view of the bay and marina area. The elegant stairway is the focus of many ceremonies and photo shoots. The 8000 square foot courtyard will accommodate most any event up to a maximum of 450 guests.

The Bay View Room, with its dramatic open ceiling and grand views of the bay and the city, is a room to remember. With 1600 square feet of space,  it will accommodate 88 guests for a formal dinner or 120 guests in a cocktail setting. It is a great location for smaller weddings, receptions, showers, business meetings,

formal and informal parties plus other special events.

The Meadows Gallery holds  elegant  events within an ever changing array of the original art exhibited at the Art Center.  This spacious gallery boasts 2910 square feet and has an 18 foot open ceiling.  The east wall of the gallery opens onto Devary’s Courtyard through three sets of French doors.   It has dramatic black floors and is a unique site for a wedding or special event that can include dinner and dancing. It can comfortably hold as many as 300 guests.

Desiree’s by the Bay, our in house restaurant,  can be booked, privately, for evening events held within the restaurant.  This attractive space with its great  views of  boats and bay can accommodate150 guests and is an excellent site for a rehearsal dinner. Desiree’s also caters many of the weddings and parties held at the Art Center.

Studio B  is a space that is available for artists or members  to rent on a weekly basis.   The studio allows a working artist to be visible to the public and to offer his/her work for sale with all the proceeds going to the artist.

Smaller spaces  can be arranged for small showers, lunches, birthday parties, teas and private parties.
